Hi, I’m Gul! I help immigrants and South Asians not just get by, but truly thrive. My goal is to support you in embracing your identity and living a life that feels true to who you are.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and founder of Empowering Roots, I understand what it’s like to feel torn between your path and the expectations of others. You might be navigating pressure from your family or culture, trying to figure out where you belong. Or maybe you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, or relationship challenges and don’t know where to turn.

I work with people carrying these kinds of burdens, especially from South Asian, immigrant, or BIPOC backgrounds. I’m here to listen, to help you feel understood, and to guide you as we work through these challenges together.
